Do I need a moving permit?
Yes, any person or persons moving into, out of, or within the Township must obtain a moving permit. Permits are issued at the Township Tax Office during regular business hours, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Moving permits are $5.00.

Do I need an inspection for a property resale?
Yes, Whitehall Township requires an inspection for resale of your property.
