Engineering & Utility Liaison / Coordination - About

The Utility Coordination Division of the Bureau of Planning, Zoning & Development is comprised of two Engineering & Utility Liaisons. This division is responsible for overseeing most of the street excavations and curb and sidewalk work. In addition, our comprehensive streets, curbs and sidewalks program is also overseen by this division, as well as one-call utility markings and street and roadway status and information, and extensive record research of township facilities. Questions regarding the installation of curbing or sidewalks, the status of streets and PA One Call questions should be directed to this office.

The Engineer for the Township is Keystone Consulting Engineers (kceinc.com). Keystone provides the Township with all professional engineering services needed including, but not limited to land development plan reviews, field inspections of public improvements, stormwater reviews, and additional professional guidance where appropriate.
