Business Privilege Licenses and Business Privilege Taxes

Effective 11.01.2024 the township will be transitioning to Berkheimer to collect the business privilege taxes and licensing for existing Whitehall Township businesses.

This form is available in our forms and documents section to be completed yearly.

Berkheimer will be sending the invoices for renewals starting in November 2024.

You can visit the Berkheimer Website for any questions you may have.

New businesses and contractors will still need to be approved to do business in the township.

Therefore, you will still need to submit your business license application and forms to the Township.

Those forms will then be sent to Berkheimer for follow-up.
