Building Code Board Of Appeals

The Building Code Board of Appeals hears appeals related to the building, plumbing and electrical codes of the township.
Meeting are held on an as-needed basis in the Municipal Building, 3219 MacArthur Road.

Each member of the Building Code Board of Appeals serves a five year term and shall have either training, education, or experience in either engineering, architecture or construction supervision.

At least one of the members shall be either a structural engineer, civil engineer, professional land surveyor, or architect, who is currently licensed by and practicing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
